3. Amalā Yoga

In the Vividha Yoga chapter of Bṛhat Parāśara Horā Śāstra, Amala Yoga is formed when a benefic planet occupies the 10th house from the Lagna or from the Moon. Parāśara describes this yoga as producing pure conduct, lasting fame, good reputation, and professional distinction, with one’s actions remaining untainted in public life. Its strength depends on the benefic’s dignity and freedom from affliction, which determine the visibility and durability of its results.
